Turnkey projects

To date, our company has realised a large number of complex health projects in the MENA region, with many of them - including those that are currently ongoing - as turnkey projects.

Here, GMS assumes overall responsibility as the general contractor, from the first draft designs, to the planning and construction phase, to the complete equipment of the hospital with the latest medical technology and interior furnishings. The completion point is the successful commissioning of the healthcare facility, and in many cases also the training of the specialist medical personnel. Both components are key preconditions for being able to ultimately deliver the hospital turnkey ready for its intended use.

While the advantages for the customer are clear, turnkey projects require the highest professional standards to be met by our company. The goal of our work and our motivation is to meet these standards time and again.
